PlayTab hosts no files Links go to each project's official page (GitHub or the authors' sites). These are unofficial fan projects: most need your own copy of the original game, and their license may forbid commercial use. · updated Oct 14, 2026

How to download a port from GitHub

  1. Open the project page

Click “Download” on the port's card: the project's GitHub page opens in a new tab.

  2. Find “Releases”

In the right-hand column, under “About”, click the version marked “Latest”. No Releases section? The project has no ready-made build yet: follow its README.

  3. Pick the file for your system

At the bottom of the release, open “Assets”: “Win64”, “Windows” or “.exe” for Windows; “Linux”, “.AppImage” or “.tar.gz” for Linux; “Mac” or “.dmg” for macOS. Skip “Source code”.

  4. Add your game and play

Unzip the archive and follow the README: most ports need your own copy of the game (ROM, ISO or disc files) in the folder it names. Then run the executable.

A GitHub project page: the “Releases” section sits in the right-hand column.

These pages never provide the game itself: only use your own copy. Windows may show a SmartScreen warning for these unsigned programs: “More info”, then “Run anyway”, only if you trust the project.

Before you start

PlayTab only lists projects made by other people. We don't host any files and we are not the authors of these games.

Not every game has been tested by us. Links come from well-known sources: the project's official page (often GitHub) or trusted community sites.

You download and install these files at your own risk. PlayTab cannot be held responsible for a modified file, a bug or any problem on your device. Only install files from the project's official page and use your own copy of the game when one is required.
